His professional background includes major infrastructure and engineering projects across Turkey and Iraq, including the Karkamış Hydro Electric Dam, as well as large-scale works in Mosul, Balad, Al Anbar, and the Kurdistan Region. These projects involved heavy earthworks, construction operations, industrial facilities, and military support infrastructure.
